Born and raised in El Paso Texas, Fernando Ocon began cutting his own hair at the age of thirteen years old. As a result of a humble upbringing Fernando couldn’t afford to go to neighborhood barbers and knew that the same was true for his friends and classmates. Thus, the precursor to Ocon Style was born.
In order to hone his experience in the hair styling community, Mr. Ocon traveled and exercised his skills in the states of Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico. Taking cues from celebrity stylists across the country has broadened the services available from Ocon Style to well beyond the neighborhood treatment to a Couture Experience.
